TCC programs include a Preparatory Choir for grades K-2, a Training Choir for grades 3-5, an Intermediate Choir for grades 6-8, and the Chorale for grades 9-12.  Drumming is part of the curriculum for students in the Preparatory, Training, and Intermediate Choirs. Music theory, taught through  games, lessons and exposure to musical material, is a part of all choristers' experience.

Preparatory Choir, Kindergarten – 2nd grade

This choir is open to all those who enjoy singing.  Children perform basic choral literature and learn to match pitch, use their singing voice, play Orff-Schulwerk instruments and receive instruction in elementary theory and musicianship. Meets Tuesday or Thursday after school.

Choral Readiness Choir, 2nd & 3rd grades

This choir is open to 2nd and 3rd graders who enjoy singing, moving, and playing instruments.  Children work on pitch matching, begin to sing in two parts, play Orff-Schulwerk instruments and perform choral literature appropriate for their age level. Meets Tuesday and Thursday after school.

Training Choir, 3rd – 5th grade

Anyone who loves to sing may join this choir. Learn to match pitch, produce a beautiful tone and sing with a group. Children receive theory instruction, play Orff-Schulwerk instruments and sing traditional songs in unison and two-part harmony. Meets Tuesday and Thursday after school.

Intermediate Choir, 6th – 8th grade
  Patricia Thel, DirectorMembers of this ensemble continue the study of music theory and basic musicianship at a more advanced level and perform in different musical genres and languages. Emphasis is on two- and three-part singing, intonation, score reading and vocal technique.  Students are admitted to the Intermediate Choir either by audition or by moving up from the Training Choir. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays after school.

The Chorale, 9th – 12th grade

High school students who wish to strive for a higher level of musical achievement make up this ensemble. A variety of choral literature is explored, and emphasis is placed on achieving professional performance. Opportunities are given for small ensemble and solo performance. Membership is open to graduates of the Intermediate Choir and by audition. Meets Tuesdays and Thursdays.
