Frequently Asked Questions
Who can join TCC?
TCC is open to all 1-12 graders. You do not have to reside in Trenton.
How do I register?
All participants must register. Online registration for the 2021-2022 Season is open.
What is the time commitment?
Joining TCC requires a commitment from the chorister to be a regular attendee at rehearsals and performances, to be on time, to be respectful, and to sing! Rehearsals are 2 afternoons per week this year, plus occasional evening or weekend performances.
Can my child attend part-time?
Please send us an email if you are interested in having your child attend part-time. We will try to accomodate so that anyone can join!
When and where are rehearsals?
Our first rehearsal for the 2021-2022 season is 9/21/21. We will meet in person at West Trenton Presbyterian Church. Choir will rehearse on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and Learning Academy will meet on Wednesday afternoons.
What will my child be doing at rehearsals?
We divide choristers into four different age based co-ed choirs. Your child will receive professional instruction with their choir from our seasoned choir directors and accompanists at each rehearsal. They will learn vocal fundamentals and various genres of music (classical, gospel, world music, etc.) while making friends and being a part of the creative process.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, we provide transportation from school to our location.

When and where are performances?
Performances vary each year. All choristers will participate in major performances 2-3 times per year. All performances are listed on our fall semester calendar. Our program manager communicates regularly with all families about upcoming performances.
